Welcome to CAR’s new passenger rights website

Welcome to the Commission for Aviation Regulation’s new consumer-focused website. This website has been designed to facilitate easy access for passengers to information about their rights and entitlements in the event of flight cancellations, delays or instances of denied boarding.

The new website also aims to provide clear and accessible information to disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility about their entitlements when travelling by air.
